The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the rooms, which was a relief in the hot weather. the location was central and easy to access local attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with planning activities.
The rooms were not clean and had an unpleasant odor. We even found evidence of alcohol bottles left in the room after the previous guest.

The hotel offered great customer service and was very accommodating with our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean which was a plus. The location was perfect, close to several malls, markets, and the rail station. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served promptly and pleasantly.
The maintenance and upkeep of the building left something to be desired. The rugs and mattresses in the room were not of the best quality and hygiene, and the lighting in the bathroom left a little to be desired.
